What Is the Well-being & You Initiative?
The Well-being & You Initiative is a series of events, workshops, and resources from University Life. This initiative is focused on supporting the mental health and well-being of all Columbia students. Being a student has distinct challenges. We seek to:
- Support you in building skills to care for your holistic well-being.
- Offer activities for you to take a break and relax.
- Share when, where, and how to ask for help at Columbia.
